An 85/10/5% co-fermented blend of riesling, gruner veltliner and pinot gris, very low yields leading to concentration of flavour; whole bunch-pressed, two-thirds fermented and matured in used puncheons, the remainder in stainless steel, on lees for 7 months, partial mlf, 150 dozen made. Bright straw-green; the wine has a distinguished and interesting palate, its texture and structure all important, even if its riesling origins are still evident. Could blow the house down in 10 years.
