“The skin of one” – One variety being Grüner Veltliner. 100% estate grown, destemmed and crushed, then wild fermented in amphora on skins for 18 days. Pressed and returned to amphora where it remained for 9 months and underwent full malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered in February 2021.

Medium yellow gold colour; scents of delicate flowers, orange citrus, grilled pineapple, wild honey and spicy/roasted notes. The fresh, salty minerality is seductively dry and entices sip after sip.
