Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for an exchange, store credit can be issued in the same form as the original payment. In order to receive a credit for change of mind simply return the goods to us in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges.
Please contact us prior to sending back (firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 0418 998 665 during business hours) to ensure that we can discuss the receipt of your returned goods and arrange a credit promptly!
Orders and purchases can be cancelled with-out cost provided you have made contact with Sinapius staff prior to the goods being dispatched, and that the item is not a special order. Sinapus will refund goods inline with our Return & Exchange Policy above.
Shipping & Timeframes
All deliveries are sent each Tuesday with Australia Post unless otherwise negotiated with Sinapius wines. Payment of your Order must be finalised before shipping is arranged.
All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available. If you require multiple shipments, please contact us so we can assist you. Multiple shipments may incur additional charges.
Standard delivery: up to 5-8 business days from date of shipping (Tuesday only).
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.
Local pick-up is available at check-out and is free of charge. Please wait for a confirmation email from Sinapius staff prior to arranging pick-up as processing of orders may take time.
